PHOTO SESSION RULES & PRICES

Photo sessions on the grounds of Plein Air Residence & Resort are allowed under the rules and rates below. Please read them carefully before scheduling your session.

1. SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

  • Photo sessions are held exclusively on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • The photo session must be scheduled in advance by contacting the hotel reception.
  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability of your preferred location.
  • The time and duration of the session are agreed together with the hotel team.

2. PERMITTED LOCATIONS

  • Photo sessions are allowed on the hotel grounds and by the pool, subject to available pool space on the day.
  • Photo sessions in the restaurant area require prior approval from the restaurant.
  • Access to other hotel areas (guest rooms, technical areas) is not permitted without explicit management approval.

3. CONDUCT RULES

  • Disturbing other hotel guests during the photo session is not allowed.
  • Taking photos in the immediate vicinity of the windows of rooms you have not booked is not allowed, out of respect for other guests' privacy.
  • The use of firecrackers, fireworks, or other pyrotechnics that may create a mess or cause damage is not allowed.
  • The area used must be left clean at the end of the session; leaving a mess on the hotel grounds is not allowed.
  • Using the photos or the photo session to defame the hotel or portray it in a negative light is not allowed.
  • The person or team organizing the photo session is responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

4. HELPFUL TIPS

  • Let us know in advance if you plan to use extra equipment (tripods, reflectors, drones), so we can coordinate accordingly.
  • Check the weather forecast before your session; we recommend having a backup date in case of unfavorable conditions.
  • For larger groups or extensive equipment, please contact us ahead of time so we can arrange the best conditions.
