These Terms and Conditions of use for the online booking www.pleinair.md apply to orders for purchasing products/services offered by the SellBuy Foundation through the website. For proper use of the site, we recommend carefully reviewing these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • By using the site www.pleinair.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders.
  • All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.
  • Security measures: We use commercial security measures (encryption, secure servers) to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data in good faith.

4. PURCHASE TECHNOLOGY (BOOKING)

  • The online booking process on www.pleinair.md includes the following steps:
  • 1. Service Identification: Select the stay period and check room availability.
  • 2. Room Selection: Choose the desired room type from the available options.
  • 3. Data Entry: Fill in the booking form with personal details (Name, Surname, Phone, Email) to validate the order.
  • 4. Order Check: Review the booking summary, including the period and total cost.
  • 5. Payment: Select the payment method and proceed with payment (if advance payment/guarantee is required).
  • 6. Confirmation: Upon successful completion, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

5. PAYMENT TRANSACTION TECHNOLOGY

  • During the payment process, the following parameters will be presented to the buyer:
  • - Unique Order Identifier (Booking No.);
  • - Price and Quantity (period/no. of rooms) of the service;
  • - Total Value of the order;
  • - Active link to Terms and Conditions (acceptance is mandatory by checking the box before payment).
  • Payment Security: Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) under maximum security conditions (3D-Secure).
  • Card details (Number, Expiration Date, CVC) are entered directly on the payment processor's secure page.
  • If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), conversion will be done according to the issuing bank's conditions.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Delivery of the hotel service consists of providing access to the reserved accommodation.
  • Delivery Term: The service is physically delivered on the Check-in date specified in the reservation.
  • Check-in Program: Starting from 14:00 (until 20:00).
  • Check-out Program: Until 12:00.
  • The booking confirmation received via email serves as the delivery document/voucher for accommodation.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS (CANCELLATION POLICY)

  • Reservation cancellation can be made free of charge at least 3 days before the arrival date.
  • In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to retain the cost of the first night.
  • Amounts paid as a deposit (if non-refundable conditions apply) are not refunded.
  • To revoke the transaction/cancel, please contact us in writing at info@pleinair.md or by phone.

8. COMPLAINTS AND MANAGEMENT PROCESS

  • Any complaint regarding services must be communicated immediately to reception staff for immediate remediation.
  • Subsequent complaints can be sent in writing to info@pleinair.md.
  • The term for examining complaints is 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • The complaint must contain: client identification details, booking number, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction amicably and professionally.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We strictly respect the confidentiality of your data.
  • Processing Purpose: Booking administration, communication with clients, legal financial-accounting obligations.
  • Collected data (Name, Surname, Address, Phone) will not be alienated to third parties, except for state authorities as required by law.
  • You have the right to access, intervene, and oppose personal data processing, according to Law 133/2011.

10. FINAL AND JUDICIAL PROVISIONS

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
  • Disputes arising in connection with the execution of this contract shall be settled amicably.
  • If amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
  • Force Majeure: Parties are exonerated from liability for non-performance of obligations in case of force majeure, proven according to law.
