TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions of use for the online booking www.pleinair.md apply to orders for purchasing products/services offered by the Plein Air Children's Foundation through the website. For proper use of the site, we recommend carefully reviewing these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This site is owned by the Plein Air Children's Foundation.
- By placing an order, the Buyer accepts:
- The Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.
- Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by the Plein Air Children's Foundation, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce.
- Relations between the client and the seller are established based on Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
- The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- By using the site www.pleinair.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders.
- Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
- All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.
- We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of the information on the site.
- Transmission of data over the internet or wireless networks cannot be completely secure.
- Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide, and you do so at your own risk.
ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- Payment for orders is possible by payment card – upon receiving the order you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.
- Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using the payment card, which allows performing online transactions.
- After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.
- The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which represents a new global approach to buyer authentication in secure online transactions.
- This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secured page where authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
- Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.
- To make a payment, you must enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done following all necessary security measures.
- Information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.
- The following data will be requested for payment:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiration date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on the payment card
- If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the bank issuer’s conditions apply for currency conversion.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES
- After making a reservation, the client will receive information about the estimated check-in date and time, as well as details about the reserved services.
- On Sundays or national holidays, check-in and check-out hours may change depending on staff availability and internal regulations of the unit.
- The term for providing services may be affected by exceptional situations (e.g., extreme weather conditions, legal holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). In such cases, the client will be informed in advance.
- Upon arrival at the hotel unit, please verify in the presence of the reception staff the accuracy of the booking data and conformity of the services provided.
- Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects may be rejected if not reported upon arrival.
RIGHT OF RETURN
- According to the notion from Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment.
- Refunds are made to the card from which the purchase was made.
- Sample articles cannot be exchanged or returned, according to Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (Official Gazette 248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (Official Gazette 175/09.11.2007).

PRIVACY POLICY
- In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data.
- Personal data is processed in good faith and based on and in accordance with legal provisions.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automated and manual), respecting legal requirements and in conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of the data subjects.
- The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
- Personal data is used exclusively for site administration, to enable access to special information, to deliver orders, or to contact the consumer for order fulfillment.
- By this notification, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used.
- The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided through browsing, using, and registering on www.pleinair.md.
- Any information provided by users and consumers of www.pleinair.md will be considered express consent for the provider to use the personal data.
- The provider will not disclose any data to third parties without consent and will not trade, exchange, or share such data except as required by law (public institutions, law enforcement, courts authorized to process personal data).
